This bowl is made mainly of Osage orange wood with a cherry base. The "sawtooth" design is made of purpleheart outlined with wenge and topped with maple. There are also narrow rings of satinwood on both top and bottom of the sawtooth design ring.
You could serve soup from this beautiful bowl. Please use a wooden ladle with this bowl or other wooden utensils with all wood bowls.
